Predictive Dialing is a method of initiating calls which works predictively to run at specified capacity. So how does that help?
In commercial applications, predictive dialing is used to manage the call volume at sales oriented call centers. This allows centers to call as many people as possible during business hours, eliminating both wasted time for agents as well as irritated clients who receive a call only to be hung up on.
For politics and fundraising, the purpose of this technology is slightly different. It allows your organizations phone bank staffers to talk more and dial less, and therefore to earn more with fewer volunteer or paid hours.
